Turfway Park’s “Cash” takes claiming honors

Euro Cash captured the fourth race at Turfway Park Thursday night and has been named the agameofskill.com Claimer of the Week. The 6 year old left the gate running and took the field coast to coast for the 13th win of his career. The son of Eurosilver traveled the one mile distance in 1:39.50 over Turfway’s polytrack surface. Euro Cash returned $15.00 to his supporters after winning the $12,500 claiming event. Ridden by Amanda Tamburello, the gelding has finished in the money 27 of 40 times. Owned and trained by Larry Smith, the dark bay gelding has now earned over $100,000 in his career.
