The Right Thing happens at Churchill Downs

Claimer of the Week at AGameofSkill.comNext Right Thing ran away from the field in the twelfth race at Churchill Downs on Thanksgiving Day and has been named the Claimer of the Week. The son of Sharp Humor took command before running the initial quarter of the 6 furlong race. The colt demolished the field winning by almost 10 lengths in 1:10.11 and returning $4.60 to his backers. Trained by Gary Simms, the 4 year old’s victory in the $5,000 claiming race was the fourth win of his career. Owned by Travis Morgeson, the colt has finished in the money 10 of 14 career races and has accumulated $138,000 in lifetime earnings.
