75 years of historic horse racing came to a close on December 22, 2013 at Hollywood Park. Track announcer Vic Stauffer gave a great send off to the Southern California racetrack.
This is a track where Citation, Native Diver, Affirmed, Zenyatta and many more great horses raced over the years.
Rich Nilsen is an 18-time qualifier to the National Handicapping Championship (NHC), an event he has cashed in four times in 16 attempts. He was the first player to finish in the top 10 twice. A former executive with Brisnet.com & Churchill Downs, Rich is also a graduate of the University of Louisville Equine Business Program.
