The 2020 Super Bowl will have the field to itself in Miami after it was revealed that the Pegasus World Cup would not be moved back a week to create a spectacular sporting weekend.
Holding the Pegasus World Cup on Saturday, February 1, the day before the Super Bowl at the Hard Rock Stadium in Miami – about eight miles west of Gulfstream Park – had been under consideration, but an advertisement this week has given the date of the Pegasus World Cup as Saturday, January 25.
It also revealed that there would, as this year, be a dirt race worth $9 million and a turf contest worth $7m.
