Presque Isle runner is AGameofSkill Claimer of the Week

Claimer of the Week at AGameofSkill.comJ. T. Kingfisher captured the fourth race at Presque Isle Downs last Wednesday night (May 30) with an exciting late run under veteran rider Harry Vega. The Glenn Wismer trainee covered the 6 ½ furlongs on the Tapeta surface in 118.43. The 8 year old paid 17.60 to win even though he had five previous victories at Presque Isle. It was the ninth career win for the gelding that has tallied 23 in the money finishes from 49 lifetime starts. All of his victories have been on either grass or All-Weather surfaces. Owned by Joseph Novogratz, J. T. Kingfisher has earned approximately $115,000 in his career.
