Claimer of the Week at AGameofSkill.comRicky Bobby captured the fifth race at Fairgrounds on Thursday afternoon and has been named the agameofskill.com Claimer of the Week. The 6 year old traveled in mid-pack before taking command near the half mile pole, and then cruised to a 3 length win under rider C.J. McMahon. The chestnut gelding covered the One Mile and 70 yards event in 1:46.26 over a good track. The sixth lifetime win by the son of Barkerville over state bred $5,000 claimers was his first of 2012. The winner returned $10.60 to his supporters. Ricky Bobby is owned by Horace Charles and trained by Patricia West. In his career, Ricky Bobby has now earned over $66,000. He has finished in the money 15 of 33 races.
