Mountaineer Racetrack Sold in $385M deal

Mountaineer Casino Racetrack and Resort in New Cumberland, West Virginia has been sold to another gaming company and real estate company in a deal that includes two Missouri casinos operated by Eldorado Resorts.

Eldorado announced on Monday it has agreed to sell Mountaineer, as well as Isle Casino in Cape Girardeau, Missouri and Lady Luck Casino in Caruthersville, Missouri, for $385 million.

Century Casinos will acquire the operating assets of the three properties for approximately $107 million. VICI Properties Inc. will acquire the land and real estate assets of the three properties for approximately $278 million.
