The 3 year old Arizona bred stalked the early leaders, swung wide before turning for home and seized the lead in mid stretch. Winning by 5 lengths Hadfunlast night captured the $32,000 claiming event in 109.12 for the 6 furlongs. Ridden by Edwin Maldonado the gelding returned a whopping $58.60 to his backers. The son of Margie’s Wildcat was making his first start after being claimed by trainer Leandro Moro for owners Sarno, W.C. Racing and Westside Rentals. Hadfunlastnight now has 5 wins and 8 in the money finishes from 11 career starts with lifetime earnings over $86,000.
