Let’s start with saying thank you.

These days, it’s common for rock stars to thank fans for spending money on expensive concert tickets. NASCAR has long trained its drivers to start by thanking sponsors and fans.

Horse people are fantastic at thanking the people who put great horses in their hands, but it would be refreshing to hear a trainer or driver start an interview by thanking the customers for betting their hard-earned money on the races.   Click here for the full article
