Double Digit winner takes claiming honors

Claimer of the Week at AGameofSkill.comHorned Frog won the second race at Keeneland Friday afternoon and has been named the agameofskill.com Claimer of the Week. The 4 year old gelding gradually moved up in the $5,000 starter allowance field and eventually took command inside the furlong marker to draw away and win by a couple of lengths in the 9 furlong event. The Mike Maker trainee covered the mile and 1/8 in 1:51.70 and returned $6.80 to his supporters. The son of Master Command has never finished worse than second on artificial surfaces and recorded his tenth win when he crossed the line first in Lexington. Ridden by Robby Albarado, the gelding has finished in the money 15 times in 21 career outings. Owned by the Justice Racing Stable, Horned Frog has accumulated $139,000 in lifetime earnings.
