Claimer of the Week: They Followed the Dude

Horse Racing Claimer of the Week at AGameofSkill.comHesa Big Dude broke alertly and took the field coast to coast in the seventh race at Woodbine last Wednesday night, and has been named this week’s agameofskill.com Claimer of the Week. The son of Kentucky Derby winner Fusaichi Pegasus covered the 7 panels in 1:23.59 and won by a length on Toronto’s polytrack. The victory over $8,000 claimers marked the fifth career win for the gelding ridden by Eurico Da Silva, and he returned $21.40 to his backers. Owned and trained by Kevin Attard, the 4 year old has finished in the money (top three finishers) in 12 of 21 career races and has accumulated $109,000 in lifetime earnings.
