Claimer of the Week: Presque Isle Downs Runner

Horse Racing Claimer of the Week at AGameofSkill.comScarlett’s Number rallied wide into the stretch and wore down rivals to win the second race at Presque Isle Downs last Wednesday night by a nose. Scarlett’s Number returned a whopping $28.40 to win after her victory over $12,500 claimers was made official. The daughter of Victory Gallop has been named the agameofskill.com Claimer of the Week. Ridden by Angel Quinones, Scarlett’s Number stopped the time at 1:43.04 for the mile and 70 yard contest. The 8 year old is trained by Brandon Kulp. The roan mare is owned by Joseph Besecker and has won 11 career races and finished in the money (top three finishers) 21 of 53 lifetime races. Her career earnings are approximately $220,000.
