Claimer of the Week: Power play at the Spa

The son of Albert the Great notched his twelfth career win in the process and has been named the agameofskill.com Claimer of the Week. The 7 year old defeated $25,000 claimers and finished the six panels in a solid 1:09.71 over a fast track. The gelding was claimed from his previous race by trainer Chris Engelhart and was ridden to victory by Jose Ortiz. Owned by Island Wind Racing, the Kentucky bred has finished in the money (top three finishers) in 26 of his 39 career races and has now accumulated $396,000 in lifetime earnings.
