Claimer of the Week: Penn National runner

Horse Racing Claimer of the Week at AGameofSkill.comTurf Craze stalked the early leaders before slipping to the lead along the rail and then proceeded to win the sixth race at Penn National last Wednesday night. Turf Craze has been named the agameofskill.com Claimer of the Week. The 4 year old filly recorded her fifth career victory and returned $8.80 to her backers. She was claimed out of her previous race by trainer Brandon Kulp for $4,000, the same price of her winning effort. The daughter of Freud covered the 5 ½ furlongs over a fast track in 1:06.19. Ridden by Angel Rodriguez the Maryland bred has finished in the money (top three finishers) in 10 of her 20 lifetime starts. Owned by her trainer, the chestnut has accumulated $109,000 in career earnings.
