Claimer of the Week: Night Maneuver wins by daylight

Night Maneuver was close up early, took control in the stretch and won by 3 lengths in the fourth race at Keeneland last Friday. The chestnut gelding has been named the agameofskill.com Claimer of the Week. The son of Orientate stopped the timer in a swift 1:10.21 for 6 furlongs and paid $3.20 to win as a big favorite in a race carded for $25,000 claimers. Ridden by Javier Castellano and trained by Mike Maker, Night Maneuver was claimed in January by owners Ken and Sarah Ramsey. The 6 year old has won 10 times, finished in the money in 23 of 30 career races, and has earned $498,000.
