Horse Racing Claimer of the Week at AGameofSkill.comBlushing Brat surprisingly contested the early lead and showed great determination in the stretch to capture the third race at PARX last Saturday afternoon. It was the sixth career victory for the gelding who covered the 6 ½ furlongs in 1:18.44 over a fast track. The son of Brahms returned $9.20 to his supporters when the $5,000 claiming event was made official. The eight year old was ridden by Josean Ramirez and is trained by Louis Linder. Blushing Brat has finished in the money (top 3) 25 times from 53 lifetime starts, has accumulated $147,000 in earnings and is owned by Over the Moon Racing Stable.
