Claimer of the Week: A change of style equals winning effort

Horse Racing Claimer of the Week at AGameofSkill.comBlutadda, normally a front running sort, modified her usual style and stalked the early pace before taking over in the stretch and winning the opening race at Keeneland last Thursday afternoon. The favored filly won by a length over $7,500 claimers to notch her fifth career victory. The daughter of Mutadda stopped the clock at 1:12.22 for 6 panels over a fast track and returned $6.40 to her backers. The 4 year old was ridden by veteran Jon Court. Trained by Michael Porter, the Kentucky bred has finished in the money (top three finishers) 10 times from 17 races. Owned by Adrian Miles, she has accumulated $63,000 in lifetime earnings.
