Churchill Downs to put $2.7M into Fair Grounds

NEW ORLEANS (AP) – The Louisiana Racing Commission has ordered Churchill Downs Inc. to put $2.7 million back into the purse structure for the Fair Grounds’ upcoming thoroughbred meet.
